		<description>I started a 90 Day Health Challenge 62 days ago and have had amazing results. For me I was really busy so I focused on the diet for the first 30 days and lost 17 pounds. This excited me and part of my challenge was to run a 5 km run so the next 30 days was focused on exercise mostly cardio training. I was down 25 pounds and ran a full 5 km in 32 minutes this past Sunday. Now the last 30 days I’m focusing on weight training to build lean muscle which burns more fat than cardio alone. 		<description>I think exercise first and diet later. You know both are complimenting each other. If you really want a healthy life, both are equally important, I would rather say necessary. Exercise will help to better diet.

		<description>I just wish more people would see it as get healthy lose weight not lose weight healthy. Weightloss is seem by most people as important in order to look better. In other words, to improve there image. People should see weight loss more as improvement in health. If more people had this mindset we would have healthier happier people.</description>

My opinion from personal experience is to exercise first then proper eating habits follow naturally. Exercise cuts back on cravings naturally and makes controlling food portions much easier.</description>
