		<description>When I was still in college, keeping my body in shape isn&#039;t a big problem because there&#039;s a gym in my college so I can work out everyday. But after I leave college, keeping my body in shape was like the most hardest thing ever, because I&#039;ve start working and my time is badly packed.
But I still manage to lose down with only yoga and having a balance and healthy diet.</description>

At the end of the day, it&#039;s all about changing habits. It takes time but you need to stick with it.

If I may add, reduce the sweet consumption also a good option in losing weight. Before, people believed that eating candy is not really bad because it does not contain fat. However, it still is fattening because it contains sugar. When sugar is not burned off, it turns into fat deposit. Next time you see a candy, do not be misled even when the labels says it is low-fat or low-calorie. If there are cravings for sweets, choose edibles that are sugar-free such as fruit.
