		<description>I’m a first time visitor to your Blog, very nice. What helps me to exercise every day is my goal. I have to do at least two minutes every day but Sunday. This way I have no excuses about time or being tired. Anyone can do just Two minutes. Once I hit the two minutes, I’m in to it and no stopping me. I usually end up doing closer to an hour.</description>
