		<description>when on the computer, sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair, focusing on proper posture -- if poster is a problem look into purchasing a posture brace.  flex abs and bum.. bounce, it will burn &#039;some&#039; cals. 
unfortunately, the only way to really burn off your &#039;tire&#039; is cardio and healthy eating.   
take your kids for a walk, job behind the stroller... do the walk-run.</description>

		<description>I love the show too; I&#039;m trying to figure out how to implement the workouts while exhausted dealing with an unavailable hubbie, 2 1/2 yr old son, 1 yr old daughter, dog and a website business. Where do I get the energy to work out too? Does someone know whether the food plans suggested on the show are available anywhere?</description>

		<description>WOW you do not need to loose weight!!!! like k i understand you want to but you seriously don&#039;t have to loose any and if any no more than 10 lbs if more you wont look as good! 
you know you can still eat a healthier diet and workout more and get more fit......and naturally loose weight but you shouldnt go on extreme diets to loose weight cuz your fine</description>

		<description>I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks on Nadeans Bulge Buster meal plan! Then for about the last 2 months I have been losing 1 pound average a week just by modifying my eating to include more vegges, fruit and lean meats. 

The meal plan from the show is almost $300 and I really want to get it but am hoping for my BF to get the hints and make it my Bday gift!</description>
