Huge List of Weight Loss, Health and Fitness Blogs

I read a lot of blogs and comment on as many of them as I can. It’s part marketing but mostly just trying to connect with other like minded bloggers out there.

There are a lot of really great weight loss, health and fitness blogs on the internet, as well as new bloggers that deserve more visitors and support in achieving their goals as well.

Keeping track of all of them makes my head hurt, my email inbox is over flowing and my RSS reader is about to explode.

I have decided as a service to you my loyal readers ;) that I am going to list all the great sites that I visit and recommend here in this post. (it will be constantly updated starting with the first 15)

If you have a suggestion for a site that isn’t listed, leave a comment and I will have a look at it. I will add it to the list only if it meets “my standards” sorry auto blogs, fake blogs, weight loss product review blogs etc… aren’t going to make the cut so don’t bother suggesting them.

How Many MPG Does Your Body Get

Just a quick weekend post to let you know about an fun quiz that was sent to me. It’s called How Many Miles Per Gallon Does Your Body Get? and you can take the quiz at www.thecarconnection.com

The premise is that if you were to consume 1 gallon of liquid food how far could you walk before you ran out of food/fuel.

There are 15 health and lifestyle related questions and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
