I don&#039;t think I could ever get tired of eating Chicken breasts. There are just so many different ways to prepare them.

My new favourite is Chocolate Milk. I have that after my workouts. I find it tastes better than any protein shake I&#039;ve tried, it&#039;s whey (ha ha) cheaper and works just as well.

As for the links, no problem. Both of your journeys/sites are very inspiring and informative and I think more people need to read them.</description>
