		<description>I&#039;ve found that really spicy foods seem to be pretty good for raising your metabolism. I have cayenne and mustard before and I did actually get in pretty good shape. Although that could have been all of the training that I was doing!</description>

		<description>I have a very sedate job as a webmaster. One of the problems I face with getting exercise is the fact that I have a long (ish) commute to work in the morning due to heavy traffic. Then of course there&#039;s the sitting at my computer all day! 

The ironic thing about this is that I work for a health products company and they have some pretty radical weight loss products! Ever heard of MCT oil? It doesn&#039;t get stored by your body; something to do with melting point; and it is ridiculously good for you. Early days for me here at Alpha Health so I will be sure to keep you posted on the progress of my love handles!</description>
