		<description>People really neglect fruit... Our bodies seem to be addicted to chemicals so we often don&#039;t get the natural boost high that we should be getting.

However if you spend the time to clense yourself of all the crap and start using fruit properly you can be amazed at how amazingly yummy and fulfilling it can be.

One thing I really love about Bananas in particular is the way that the sugar changes at different stages of ripness.

This is perfect for running.... An under ripe banana will give you sugar perfect for sustaining slow release sugar over a long time and an over ripe banana will give you sugar that is great for a quick burst of energy....

Also for kids it&#039;s great to get them trying all fruits... especially some of the cool hybrids such as plouts (plum and apricot mixed, it&#039;s yummy).

Really unsure why somebody concerned about health would dismiss fruit! I guess some people also dismiss nuts and seeds because they contain fat!
