HI, I eat a 100gr turkey fillet with some camomile tea in the morning, its a bit hard but it compensates a lot. Not hungry at all during the day.

All carbs and no protein makes Steve a tired boy. Cherrio's aren't "bad" they have fiber etc.. but almost no protein.

You can counter the effects of all those carbs/sugar by eating them with a side of Turkey bacon or eggs.

What I've started to do is take an egg and mix it with mushrooms, brocoli, ham or turkey and a little bit of cheese, then I pour it into a muffin tin and bake it in the oven.

375 for 12-15 minutes and you have a great high protein meal that you can take on the go.

I pop them in the oven and make my lunch etc.. then just grab it and off to work I go.

You can also refrigerate them, 45 seconds in the microwave and their nice and warm.

Big breakfast is a great idea. I will try it too. I ate a lot for breakfast but changed recently, but I think I need to go back and do it again...

I absolutely dig out muesli (I buy my in Germany, since I live next to the border: cheap and filling), but I've found that replacing milk with cottage cheese or soy milk works better for me.

As for eating breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast, I don't find this weird at all. For me, it's more of a cultural thing. If I'm hungry, I'm hungry, that's all. I've eaten cod for a snack at 4 pm, cerealsfor dinner, and vegetables and meat for breakfast in the past, and I'll certainly do it again, more than once. (Alright, I also ate cassoulet toulousain for breakfast once, but I admit that's rather hardcore.)

Hungry!!!! That explains why I'm always hungry way too early before lunch time. Will aim to get more protein at breakfast - tuna and turkey sandwiches/ chicken salads, instead of the daily rice balls.
